Good Nutrition is important

for everyone.

 

Tips for good nutrition:

 

1) Eat a variety of foods from the food pyramid.

 

2) Keep sweets and fats to a minimum.

 

3) Remember, your caloric intake must be less than your caloric expenditure to lose weight.

 

4) Consult your health care professional before embarking on a radical dietary change.
