This is a healthy lifestyle program designed to get you back on track. During this 6-week series, you will learn to build a foundation of healthy habits that will allow you to build a life you deserve. Each week we will begin the session with 20 – 30 minutes of mindful movement to increase your energy level and get you into motion. These basic exercises will be modified as needed. Then the weekly focus will be on a variety of wellness topics: nutrition, mindset, weight management, moving thru joint pain, sleep, stress management, adding in the elements of fun & play.
You will gain confidence, healthy habits and the ability to move forward one step at a time.

Course fee is for the entire 6-week series: $199
Includes a low-impact basic workout with variations each week plus group wellness coaching by a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and personal trainer.
Location: The Studio @ 10 McKown Rd. – Suite #204

This class will focus on getting into your deeper abdominal muscles and help you understand why your core is so important, as well as connected to almost every movement you do daily. Strengthening the core helps your overall posture and the way you carry yourself. After class, enjoy a coffee, latte or other specialty coffee drink and some positive conversation.
Saturday, January 20th at 8:30am at Brewtus Roasting in Delmar
Cost is $25 and includes: 45 minutes of pilates followed by 1 coffee/coffee drink per person
Join us for a weekend morning focused on living with purpose and intent by following your goals and dreams. This hands-on workshop will offer you inspiration thru the power of visualization.
We will start the workshop with a brief meditation and do a couple of reflective activities to help you gain clarity, insight and focus.
You will be ready to design your own vision board!
As you create your unique board alongside others in this small group setting, you will inspire each other for what your future holds.
Come with an intent of new growth, ready to set goals and be inspired to “spring into action” so that you may live your most authentic life.
All supplies will be provided but if you have specific magazines or printed quotes/pictures, feel free to bring them along too.
What’s included:

gain clarity and insight - Goal setting and collaboration with other like-hearted attendees
- Supplies (you are welcome to bring your own magazines or photos as well)
- Coffee, tea, water and a variety of healthy snack bars will be provided.
