Online Personal Training (Private 1:1 session)

These are customized online workouts designed to support you and your individual needs while helping you achieve your fitness goals. During these live video sessions your form and progressions will be constantly assessed. You will receive ongoing support via email or text. These sessions are equivalent to having a trainer with you wherever you choose to workout.

Small online group workouts designed for all levels and ages.  Join others in these live video classes offering modifications and progression as needed. These classes are part of an ongoing schedule. You will be able to choose which times work best from the following:

Monday and Wednesday 5pm ET

Saturday 8am ET
