Online Personal Training (Private 1:1 session)

These are customized online workouts designed to support you and your individual needs while helping you achieve your fitness goals. During these live video sessions your form and progressions will be constantly assessed. You will receive ongoing support via email or text. These sessions are equivalent to having a trainer with you wherever you choose to workout.

6 - 30 Min. Online Personal Training Sessions $273.00 USD

12 – 30 Min. Online Personal Sessions $522.00 USD

Duet/Buddy Sessions

Share your workout with a friend or be matched up with another client. These sessions are designed to support both of you in reaching your individual goals. The bonus of working out with a buddy will provide added motivation during each session. Your form, progressions and regressions will be constantly assessed during these live video sessions. You will receive ongoing support via email or text. Sessions are 30 or 45 min in length.
